    Our coffee is made of hand-picked civet cat coffee beans, carefully washed, and has an unbeatable earthen, smooth, and heavy-bodied flavor – for that aromatic morning cup. All aspects of our beans – flavor, texture, acidity, sweetness – score high in cupping evaluation.

    Kopi Luwak is made from coffee beans that have been eaten and excreted by the Asian palm civets. The enzymatic process from inside the civet’s digestive tract reduces the acidity and bitterness of the coffee.

    This luxurious coffee undergoes a medium to dark roast that delivers a very smooth coffee experience. We roast our coffee fresh to order upon request.

    Our civet coffee comes with a QR code from our supplier providing that it is certified wild by the Banyuwangi district government in Indonesia for your peace of mind.

    We partner with an Indonesian exporter to engage in direct trade with a village of farmers and have our unroasted coffee beans harvested and single washed in Indonesia.

    We are committed to sustainability and the packaging of all our products reflect this commitment. Our earth friendly packaging not only protects nature but also keeps our exotic coffee fresh to the last bean and grounds.

    After importing the unroasted coffee beans, we have all of our coffee roasted in Los Angeles and packaged in a commercial kitchen in Upland and carefully monitored throughout the process. We are committed to traceability and making our supply chain transparent.
