Our civet coffee is from Indonesia. Please see the individual product page for more information on the origins of every product's packaging.

What is the process behind fresh roasted to order coffee?

After taste tests, our roasted coffee lasts 1 year and still tastes very good within this time period. We offer the option to roast your coffee to order upon request with a minimum order of 20 whole bean bags or 40 ground boxes. As soon as we receive your order, we will have your unroasted beans roasted, packaged, and delivered to you.

Where do you roast your coffee?

Our coffee is toll roasted at roasters cafes we work with.

Who is your unroasted coffee supplier?

Our partner is PT King Agro Indonesia. We are delighted to work with them to get our green coffee bean supply and all of the required certifications.

How many cups of coffee can 3.5 oz (100 g) of coffee make?

5 full 12 fl oz cups and 8-10 full 8 fl oz cups of coffee.

What was your previous company name?

Since May 2022, our company's legal name was Pacific Belt Ventures LLC doing business as Toja Coffee. As of February 2023, our company's legal name has been amended to Toja Coffee LLC.
